Thank you for shopping with AcuPlus. We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your products without unnecessary delays.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed during normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.
AcuPlus currently offers free shipping on orders of $75 or more within eligible U.S. shipping areas. Any available free shipping offer will be shown at checkout before your order is completed.
Estimated Delivery Time
On average, most AcuPlus orders arrive within approximately 5–7 business days after the order is processed and shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available for your shipment.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the label has been created.
Delayed, Missing, or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery area, mailbox, front desk, mailroom, or with neighbors.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@AcuPlus.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has already been processed or shipped.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@AcuPlus.com within a reasonable time after delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can review the issue and help make it right.
