Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with an AcuPlus product for any reason, contact us within 90 days of your delivery date and we'll issue a full refund of the product price.

How to request a refund

Email support@acuplus.com or call 337-429-2920 within 90 days of delivery and include:

• Your name
• Your order number
• The item(s) you'd like refunded
• The reason for your request

Returns

Opened or used products do not need to be sent back. If you have unopened, unused items you'd like to return, we'll email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of your request. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear.

Requests after 90 days

Refund requests made more than 90 days after delivery are not covered by this guarantee. If you have a problem with your order after that, please reach out anyway and we'll do our best to help.
