Apply AcuPlus in generous amounts to the affected area(s) and make sure to massage in thoroughly for at least 30sec to 1 minute or until you can see that it has been fully absorbed into the skin. The suitable amount of AcuPlus should be enough so that the cream massages in evenly and comfortably over the entire region.
Feel free to apply AcuPlus up to 4 to 5 times per day over an initial period of at least 8 to 12 days and thereafter on an as needed basis.
AcuPlus is a topical anti-inflammatory treatment that should be applied directly to external regions where you experience discomfort (tingling, pain, numbing, etc.) that is a result of the inflammation of muscles, ligaments, nerves, and tendons.
If you have traditionally experienced pain from your particular ailment through the night, you may find it helpful to massage AcuPlus into the problem region(s) 30 minutes before you go to sleep.
Likewise, if you experience discomfort when engaging in a particular activity (Example: golfing, tennis, fishing, exercising, etc.) AcuPlus should be applied around a half-hour before you begin the activity and then again thereafter.
As symptoms get better, reduce the times of applications accordingly to maintain relief and as a preventative measure.
